The IT Business Analyst ensures continuous delivery of clear business value to stakeholders and customers. The analyst communicates organization needs, designs new or refines existing processes, and manages system change in general. Furthermore, the analyst facilitates DevOps and agile methodology in software development through scrum, quality assurance, and project portfolio management. The position is highly cross-functional in areas of business analysis, quality assurance, project management, and application support.
