Practising Law Institute (“PLI”), an innovative leader in legal education programs and services, is searching for a technology professional to fill the temporary role of Front-End Developer. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree as well as the ability to implement visual elements that customers will see and interact with on the PLI website. PLI’s client base includes a large array of prestigious law firms, corporations and government agencies.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys blending the art of design with the art of programming. This temporary role is expected to last approximately 6 months.
During this temporary assignment, the developer will be involved in all aspects of the agile software development cycle and will work with architects, technical leads, UX designers, visual designers, business analysts and business stakeholders on assigned projects from concept through launch. Additionally, the developer will mentor a junior front-end developer.
