    Practising Law Institute (“PLI”), an innovative leader in legal education programs and services, is searching for a sales support professional to fill the role of Sales Support Coordinator.  This position requires a bachelor’s degree as well as several years of proven analytical experience, preferably in finance or compensation planning. PLI’s client base includes a large array of prestigious law firms, corporations and government agencies.

    The ideal candidate will be proficient in delivering analytics and accurate reporting to the senior management team. This is an excellent opportunity to support our sales and account management teams in their efforts to provide premier service to our customer base.




    • Responsible for contract management and invoicing for all Privileged Member clients
    • Provide support to clients via outbound phone calls and emails on customer inquiries
    • Compile materials for clients meetings for prospective and current customers
    • Responsible for updating payment information into Salesforce database
    • Provide customer utilization reports that will support account managers in taking a proactive, customized approach to growing customer accounts.




    • College degree required, 3 – 5 years’ experience with financial analysis, compensation planning or similar preferred.
    • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and presentations skills.
    • Knowledge of Salesforce preferred, and familiarity of Cognos 8
    • Advanced MS Excel skills required.
