Practising Law Institute (“PLI”), an innovative leader in legal education programs and services, is searching for a publishing production professional to fill the role of Associate Legal Editor. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree as well as previous experience proofreading legal materials. PLI’s client base includes a large array of prestigious law firms, corporations and government agencies.

Reporting to the Director of Digital Publishing, the Associate Legal Editor will support the editorial and production work of the Publishing Department. Each Associate Editor will work closely with the department’s legal editors in the preparation and finalization of manuscript and proof as described below under Key Responsibilities, for the publication of a variety of legal texts, including treatises, practices guides, Answer Books, and other new and updated publications for lawyers and related professionals.
