    Your responsibilities as our Marketing Technology Analyst


    Take ownership of the entire data cycle and independently partner with internal subject matter experts from Membership Services and Marketing departments to capture actionable intelligence.

    • Extract and blend data from different sources and systems including flat files, databases, open data, and web data
    • Aggregate the information and/or structure code in a replicable format required for ongoing reports or dashboards
    • Produce operational dashboards, reports, and charts that effectively communicate the findings in PowerBI, Excel, or other visualization tools
    • Stay abreast of changes in analytics and become a champion of new technologies to roll out throughout PLI

    Qualified candidates will have:

    • Bachelor’s degree required; Background in education with a focus on marketing and/or data analysis preferred.
    • 3 – 5 years of relevant experience is essential
    • Advanced knowledge in Excel formulas and pivot tables, as well as SQL skills a must.
    • Previous experience in a CRM environment, especially with Salesforce and building automation in Marketing Cloud and Pardot.
    • Must be well versed in unit testing their own code.
    • Displays an understanding of how data flows between systems.
    • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
    • Strong critical thinking, analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Highly motivated self-starter demonstrating integrity, initiative and desire to innovate.
